A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced mechanical design engineer to join a leading innovative company who are at the forefront of support products. This company pride themselves on their continuous development and improvement of the processes and production equipment. This person would join a well balanced team working in a highly, professional and regulated industry.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Support senior engineers in the preparation of basic plans, designs, computation methods, and/or reporting.
  • Perform basic engineering calculations, investigations, and tasks as assigned according to engineering standards and processes.
  • Able to prepare technical proposals, quotations, reports, and presentations.
  • Perform engineering analysis to support the selection of parts, components, and materials that meet requirements

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Mechanical knowledge of automotive or heavy-vehicle equipment and related systems.
  • Experience with a high level CAD system.
