Responsibilities:\n- Design and develop mechanical components and systems
\n- Produce detailed 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation
\n- Conduct stress analysis, material selection, and design calculations to optimise performance
\n- Compiling Bills of Materials
\n- Support the testing and validation of new and existing products
\n- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
\n
Requirements: \n- Degree Qualified in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
\n- Experience in Mechanical Design, ideally within the marine, oil & gas, or industrial equipment sectors
\n- Proficient in SolidWorks
\n- Proficiency in AutoCAD would be advantageous
\n- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team
\n- Understanding of manufacturing processes and materials
