The Opportunity: The purpose of this role is to ensure, as far as is reasonably practicable, that all electrical and mechanical installations on the site are maintained to the highest standards and in accordance with Manufacturer’s recommendations.Along with ensuring compliance with current Health and Safety Regulations; all Acts and Legislation associated with the running and operating of a site and other legislation associated with the operation of such installations.You must have an 18th Edition – Level 3 Award in the requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671:2018Skills and Experience:Ensure the ongoing operation of machinery, mechanical and electrical equipment and installations by completing preventative maintenance on them on a day-to-day, week-by-week basisLocate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices and electrical installations in operation, listening for problems, using precision measuring and testing instrumentsEnsure continuity of electrical power, including transformers, generators, lighting and security. and be present at every event taking place (this is essential for the role)Remove defective parts by dismantling devices; using hoists, cranes and hand and power toolsMaintain an equipment, parts and supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt and approving invoicesPlease call John Noonan here at ISR on 07719 919 860 to learn more??
