Job Title: Mechanical & Electronics Support Specialist Location: Stansted Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 (depending on experience) Term: Permanent Hours:  8:30am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday     RecruitAbility are looking for an experienced mechanical & electronics support specialist to join their fast growing client based in Stansted. This is an exciting time to be joining them, as they expand into new areas, and offer huge opportunities for the right person.     The Role of Mechanical & Electronics Support Specialist: Solve technical support inquiries via telephone or email with a positive and professional demeanour
Document interactions comprehensively for auditing and record keeping purposes
Work within a team to identify recurring issues or opportunities for product or process improvements
Create and submit knowledgebase entries to help improve customer service capabilities
Stay abreast of any product changes
Identify and resolve electrical and/or electronic product issues.
Providing level 1 support and assistance across a range of products
