Gi Pro are working in partnership with a world leading manufacturing company, who supply into various industries in global market, the company in question are looking for a Mechanical Engineer.
Job Role:
As a mechanical engineer, you will be tasked for carrying out reactive, preventative, and proactive maintenance for all equipment on site. The company provides some fantastic benefits for an individual and have a development pathway to enhance personal and professional development.
Typical Duties will involve:
Mechanical preventative and reactive maintenance work in an industrial environment working on equipment such as gearboxes, pumps, and heavy plant machinery.
Attending to machinery breakdowns, fault finding processing equipment, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic machinery.
Able to interpret equipment diagrams and drawings.
General onsite maintenance as and when required.
Work proactively on improving plant reliability, carrying out planned maintenance schedules and help implementation and updating of CMMS.
Desirable experience
Have to have a relevant mechanical engineering qualification (Minimum level 3). Ideally apprentice trained.
Practical experience within a mechanical engineering environment is essential.
Full driving licence
