We are seeking a Mechanical Estimator for a leading M&E division in Glasgow. This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary (�45-55k) plus a car allowance and flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess tender documentation
• Identify risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with the estimating team
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation
• Produce accurate estimates and seek value engineering

Requirements:

• 5+ years of estimating experience (preferred)
• Estimating/Quantity Surveying qualification (preferred)
• Full UK driving license
• Strong customer service, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Excellent time management and commercial acumen
