LDNY People are currently working with a leading design and build contractor, they are very well established but growing, they can offer long term job security plus a clear path of career progression.

They are currently looking to recruit a Mechanical Estimator from an MEP/HVAC background, this role is based out of their head office in Surrey (you will need to be commutable to here on a daily basis).

They work in a variety of sectors but have a particularly strong presence within the Commercial Fit-Out space, they have some great clients and work on some very impressive projects with a large amount of repeat business.

Role Requirements:

• You will currently be working as or have previous experience as a Mechanical Estimator within the MEP/HVAC/Ventilation sector.


• Ideally you will have worked on projects in the £1-5 million range, Commercial fit out experience would be a bonus but not a prerequisite.


• You will be capable of producing high quality accurate estimates in a timely manner, working to deadlines.


• This position requires someone who is commutable to their Surrey head office, so you much be based in the area or willing to relocate.


• Capable of using relevant estimating software, they will offer additional training if needed but you must be a capable Mechanical Estimator to be considered for this position.
