Hours: Days, Monday to Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm

Our client is Coventry is looking for a Mechanical Fitter / Vehicle Technician to join the team on a permanent contract. The company works within the automotive sector, we are looking for someone who is mechanical minded and can build and assemble cars in a vehicle technician role.

The Role: Mechanical Fitter / Vehicle Technician

• Servicing of vehicles before modifications and mechanical assembly is carried out.
• Working from engineering drawings to understand modifications and that need to take place.
• Mechanical assembly of parts prior to fitting onto machines.
• Fitting of assembled parts onto vehicles, this could include the use of hand and air tools whilst working to drawing requirements.

Person: Mechanical Fitter / Vehicle Technician

• Hands on experience of vehicle restoration or building / car mechanic
• Technical related qualification or experience
• Vehicle mechanical assembly
• Vehicle bodywork repairs
