Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage�mechanical, plumbing, ducting, and HVAC�installations on-site.


• Supervise mechanical teams, ensuring high-quality work and project efficiency.


• Ensure projects are delivered�on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.


• Work closely with Project/Contracts Managers.


• Maintain�strict health & safety compliance�on-site.


• Plan site logistics, order materials, and ensure smooth project execution.


• Conduct inspections, quality control, and problem-solving as needed.

About You:

• Extensive experience�as a�Mechanical Foreman or experienced Mechanical Engineer.�


• Strong knowledge of�mechanical systems, including plumbing, ducting, and HVAC.


• Proven track record of delivering�multi-million-pound projects.


• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.


• Ability to coordinate and manage mechanical trades effectively.


• Must be based in the Oxford, Reading, High Wycombe, Aylesbury area.

Required Qualifications:

• Relevant�mechanical trade qualifications.
