A leading M&E�Building Services contractor�based in Staffordshire, are recruiting for a Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their successful team. As a company, they�specialize in providing high-quality M&E solutions to a wide range of commercial clients, including, but not limited to, healthcare, hospitality, education, leisure, retail and office spaces. This is a family run business, established for over 50 years with a great reputation, resulting in lots of repeat business from clients.



Job Overview:



As the successful Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will be�responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the�mechanical contracts, ensuring timely completion, quality workmanship, and adherence to budget and safety regulations. Projects typically�range in value from �5k up to �5m.



Key Responsibilities:



- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors



- Prepare and review project proposals, budgets, and schedules



- Oversee the planning and execution of mechanical projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations



- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders



- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented



- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications



- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations



- Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management



- Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise and guidance as needed



Qualifications and Skills:



- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC Management role. Experience of healthcare projects would be an advantage although not essential.



- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering HVAC�projects on time and within budget



- Excellent project management and organizational skills



- Strong leadership and team management abilities



- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills



- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
