Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

To support this growth, we have invested £35 million in a brand new, fully automated manufacturing facility and are recruiting for a mechanical maintenance engineer to join our growing engineering team.

Reporting into the Engineering Manager, you will be well-versed in completing a wide range of mechanical fault finding, reactive and planned maintenance activities. If you have experience of bulk handling systems and/or operating and maintaining robotic cells, even better. If you don't, but have the right attitude to develop your skills, we will provide all the necessary training.

Our Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will have experience of:

• Maintenance/repair of a wide range of equipment, including bulk handling systems, automated transport systems, and automated filling systems or equivalent
• Fault finding and repair of AODD pumps and electro-pneumatic valves
• Basic electrical fault finding on sensors and motor/gearboxes
• Facilities engineering, including site maintenance activities

We offer our Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer:

• A DAYS-ONLY (Monday-Friday) permanent contract - salary £40k DOE, with OTE of £45k upon successful completion of all electrical training courses required for the role (ABB robotics maintenance, PLC and Scada interrogation including diagnostics, maintenance, and repair)
