We have a new and exciting position working for a leading facilities management company as a�Mechanical Maintenance Engineer�working in�a prestigious area within Westminster. This position is for an engineer that is willing to grow with a team�and we require someone ideally with experience from a similar site that maintains the buildings whilst also having compliance and client facing experience.

In this position you'll be responsible for the reactive & planned maintenance of the commercial side of the complex. This site is very reactive and we're looking for a pro-active engineer.

Qualifications / Experience for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:

• NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in Plumbing/HVAC


• Experienced in dealing with clients


• Excellent team working, customer care and problem-solving capabilities
