Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer - I am urgently looking for a Maintenance Engineer with an mechanical or plumbing qualification�to work on a static hospital contract in Newham. This is a permanent position, ideal for someone looking for long term employment and progression.

As a Maintenance Engineer your duties will be varied including :-

• General plumbing, tap washers, taps, u-bends toilet systems flushing systems, unblock drains, ball valves, pneumatic flush buttons, isolation valves, pumps, solenoid valves, bathroom control systems, sensors�


• Replacing shower heads and piping,�curtain rails, anti-ligature rails


• Replacing doors, taps, skirting, extractor fans, light switches, plug sockets, window handles


• Filling holes, painting, patch plastering


• All planned and reactive maintenance work

The starting basic salary for the Maintenance Engineer is �37-38k based on working 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday with a 1 in 4 week call out. You must have an 18th edition, no other qualifications are required.
