Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

My client is an established FM contractor based in Essex who have been trading since 2002.

They are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer / HVAC Engineer to work in Schools, Blue light, Residential and MOD sites.

Duties

• To undertake essential PPM in education settings within the M25.


• Servicing AC, AHU, FCU, EMG Lighting, Water temperatures etc

• Salary: £45,000


• Location: Within M25


• Hours: 8am – 5pm


• Holiday: 20 days plus 8 bank holidays


• Company van and fuel card


• Company uniform


• Company pension


• Materials and consumables supplied


• Overtime on evening and weekends

THE CANDIDATE

• Preferable not essential – FGAS – Plumbing or Electrical Qualification


• At least 5 years’ experience on the job knowledge


• UK driving licence


• Good standard of work and attention to detail


• Reliable, trustworthy, professional, self-motivated, strong communicator and the ability to work on own initiative.
