Your role as Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will include:

  Machinery Maintenance and Repair: Performing routine maintenance, diagnosing issues, and repairing various production machines to minimise downtime and maintain optimal performance.

  Collaborative Problem-Solving: Working closely with production teams to address engineering challenges, ensuring timely resolutions that support overall equipment effectiveness

  Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities to enhance machinery performance and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and safety.

The successful Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will have:

  Good background as a Maintenance Engineer, ideally gained within an FMCG environment or similar.

  Experience with diagnosis and repair.

  Ability to commute to site in Suffolk.
