Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Posted 3 months ago

Maybe youre early on in your Engineering career. Maybe youre mechanically biased. Maybe youre looking for a company that is willing to investin you, your training and your future. Maybe youve just stumbled on the very role for you.
Youll be working here for an established local manufacturer; theyre investing heavily into the site in 2024 so you know youll be in a fine pair of hands.
and a fine pair of hands are what we need in return too. Hands that are multi-skilled and looking to develop the Electrical side of Engineering in addition to the Mechanical bias you already have. And dont worry, these guys are paying for all that up-skilling. You just need to put in the graft.
You know the score by now, but if any clarification is needed
youll be supporting a site with planned and reactive maintenance.
Youll have support, so dont worry if youre not the finished article. We see the successful person having already worked on a site for a year or two, maybe learned the crux of fault finding and rectifying breakdowns but are keen to progress now. We can offer that here.
We can offer up to £35k alongside a generous annual pay review.
Its 4 on, 4 off with 2 days and 2 nights. Overtime paid at time and a half.
Sound up your street? Lets get you applying and well go from there.
All candidates will be assessed on suitability for the role, and feedback will be given (successful or otherwise) with 7 days of receiving any application.
