About the Role:
Were looking for a dedicated and skilled Mechanical/Ventilation Engineer to join our clients team, maintaining and servicing critical systems across two healthcare sites in Leeds. Key Responsibilities:
Attend to mechanical plant operations and maintenance.
Perform plumbing tasks and resolve system issues as required.
Service and maintain ventilation units , Air Handling Units (AHUs) , and Fan Coil Units (FCUs) .
Conduct routine checks and proactive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.

About You:
To succeed in this role, youll need:
Proven experience as a Mechanical/Ventilation Engineer .
Strong knowledge of mechanical plant , AHUs, and FCUs.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently across multiple sites.
A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency in healthcare settings.
