Company Overview

We are currently working with a growing M&E Contractor who have a brilliant reputation within the London markets and is looking for Mechanical Project Engineer working on one of their landmark Data Centre sites for the tier 1 contractor with the project based in North Acton.

The contractor has just had a record breaking year with a company turnover of around �500m .They have contracts�with�some of the biggest contractors within the industry such as MACE, Overbury, ISG and more so they are in a fantastic place with a loads of room to progress with the company.

Duties

• Reporting into a Senior PM/ Contracts Manager & Mechanical Manager


• Attendance of meetings on-site


• Manage and oversee projects from start until completion, ensuring the work is completed on time


• Overseeing technical submittals�


• Dealing with sub - contractors


• Responsible for QA works for the Mechanical packages�


• Produce RAMS & Progress reports to report to the sub - contractor/client�

Requirements

• SMSTS/ ECS Black Card is needed


• Working for a M&E sub - contractor is preferred�


• Relevant Mechanical Qualification�


• Has experience within commercial projects


• Previous experience as a Mechanical Project Engineer with little impute from a Project lead when required�


• Stable CV


• Must have a good understanding of the Data Centre Industry/Projects�
