A globally recognised, multi-disciplinary�firm renowned for delivering innovative and sustainable engineering solutions across various sectors, including commercial, residential, healthcare, and infrastructure,�are seeking a talented and motivated Mechanical Project Engineer�to join its Building Services division to assist with the delivery of a Commercial project near Piccadilly, which is currently at the pre-construction stage and should run until 2026.�

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the mechanical aspects of the project from pre-construction review to completion, ensuring alignment with specifications and schedules.
  • Work closely with design consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.
  • Monitor and inspect mechanical installations to ensure compliance with industry standards, project requirements, and regulations.
  • Track mechanical work progress against the budget, identifying and addressing any cost variations.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety standards during project execution.
  • Address and resolve technical challenges, design issues, or site constraints promptly to maintain project progress.
  • Prepare and deliver regular updates on project status, including progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in the commissioning and handover process, ensuring all systems are tested and operational.
