Our client, based in the West Midlands, are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager or site engineer (similar standard) to work closely with a company director to enhance client and working scope within the Midlands.

The Role -

- Day to day running of built environment sector projects, overseeing all mechanical system working aspects

- Ensuring building services industry standards, legislative measures and codes are adhered to

- Acting as a point of contact, regular engagement with clients, sub-contractors, further project professionals

Requirements -

- Background within Building Services acting a Mechanical engineer operative, Project Manager, similar

- Experience of running ranging size built environment sector projects

- Management of budgets, ensuring project timelines are met

Package -

- To �65k per annum

- 25 days holiday, excluding bank holidays

- Hybrid/home working opportunity
