Are you a Mechanical Project Manager looking to join an award-winning, multi-million pound MEP business heading up the mechanical aspect of the largest, cutting-edge project in the company's history within a role offering a company vehicle, hybrid working and ongoing career progression?

This well-established company have provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing services for clients across the commercial and industrial sectors for over 60 years. They have seen continual growth since their establishment in 1963 to the point that they have 130 direct employees and are now looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to take a lead role in an upcoming, five-year building services project.

This varied role will see you direct employees and contractors, ensure project requirements are met on time and within budget whilst also liaising with the contract manager to ensure successful implementation. You will work on a 08:00 - 17:00 Monday - Thursday basis with an early finish on a Friday.

This varied role would suit a Mechanical Project Manager looking for a technically challenging and exciting role where you will take a lead role in the implementation of a large-scale, cutting-edge project offering hybrid working, continuous career progression and a company vehicle.

The Role:

• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress
• Lead a team of contractors to deliver high-quality solutions
• Discuss project goals and objectives with clients and stakeholders
• Prepare and manage project budgets
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 17:00 Friday 08:00 - 15:30

The Person:

• Project Manager or similar
• Mechanical background
• Full UK Driving License - happy travelling to sites across Belfast
