A Construction contractor specialising in high end, luxury residential and commercial properties, with project sizes up to �1 million have a key requirement for a Mechanical Project Manager who have experience working within High end residential properties. With a continuously growing pipeline of work, you will have the opportunity to progress within the company. Mechanical Project Manager will be within a short commute to South West London. Paid up to �70k-�80k salary dependant on experience.
As a successful Mechanical Project Manager, you will be:

• Mechanical Project Manager will be planning project programme management
• Mechanical Project Manager will have experience working on High-end Residential projects
• Mechanical Project Manager will be able to understand and write project programmes and work schedules as required
• Mechanical Project Manager will be able to ensure all works fall within the agreed project budget
• Mechanical Project Manager will be working on 3-4 projects at one time, valuing from �200k- �1 million
• Mechanical Project Manager will be overseeing delivery of projects to ensure quality and client satisfaction
• Mechanical Project Manager will be scheduling in works to be completed, liaising with the Client, Contracts managers and allocating labour to complete the works
• Mechanical Project Manager will be able to take control of the project from commencement to completion

The Successful Mechanical Project Manager must:

• Mechanical Project Manager will ideally have and SMSTS qualification, but this is not essential
• Mechanical Project Manager will have above average technical knowledge
• Mechanical Project Manager will come from a plumbing background
• Mechanical Project Manager will be within a commutable distance to South West London

Mechanical Project Manager will be paid up to �70k- �80k (Dependant on Experience) + 22 days inc. BH + Company van
