Mechanical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee and coordinate all mechanical aspects of our residential apartment construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems, excellent project management skills, and the ability to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and operation of mechanical systems, including HVAC and plumbing


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards


• Plan and schedule mechanical work to align with project timelines and milestones


• Supervise and coordinate activities of mechanical subcontractors and site workers


• Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effective procurement of materials and equipment


• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications


• Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process


• Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders


• Prepare and present progress reports, ensuring transparency and accountability


• Ensure all mechanical work meets quality standards and project requirements


• Implement and enforce health and safety policies to create a safe working environment

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry


• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, construction processes, and relevant regulations


• Excellent project management and organizational skills


• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex challenges


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Proficiency in project management software and tools
