Mechanical Project Manager

Mechanical Project Manager required in Ilford for a duration of 8+ weeks.
Start date: Monday 29th July
Responsibilities:

• Day to day site management of the safe delivery and removal of redundant MTHW plant, valves, etc
• Once removed management of the safe delivery and installation of new MTHW LCS pipework, valves.
• Pipework is heavy prefabricated sections. Care and consideration to be taken when both removing and installing pipework.
• Liaising with Senior management/Office/Pipe fabrication company to ensure pipe measures are recorded, delivered in a timely manner.
• Daily progress reports, including progress photos back to the office at the end of every working day. Daily site diary.
• Completing Inspection test plans to company standard (issued).
• Ensuring all housekeeping is in good order. All task briefings are adhered to.
• Attending client interface meetings with the senior management and represent the company.
• Monitoring and updating Programme of works.

Qualifications:

• SSSTS or SMSTS
• Black or Gold CSCS Card
