This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Mechanical Project Manager with between 1 and 5 years project management experience to join an established and well-respected M&E Building Services contractor.

The company provide a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services, from design through to installation and commissioning. They work across multiple sectors�including commercial, office fit out,�healthcare, retail and leisure, with typical project values ranging from �50k up�to �500k, and as a result of continued growth, they are looking to add�to their project delivery team.

Typically, your working week will consist of 1 day at Head Office based in south Hampshire, 3 days visiting sites (predominantly in London), and 1 day working from home.

You will need to have between 1 and 5 years experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, we would also very much consider an ambitious Mechanical Supervisor / Mechanical Site Manager who is looking to take the next step up in their career and move into a Project Management role.�

Duties & Responsibilities:

As a Mechanical Project Manager, your role will be oversee and manage mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

• Directly manage project development from start to finish, having responsibility and accountability for all aspects of the project


• Design review


• Procurement of plant, materials & labour


• Technical Submittals


• Overall Cost Management


• Managing the engineering input into the project strategy


• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met


• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise


• Conduct regular site visits and inspections


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project�life-cycle


• Reporting into the Senior Contracts Manager and Managing Director

Requirements:

• You will need to have between 1 and 5 years experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, we would also very much consider an ambitious Mechanical Supervisor / Mechanical Site Manager who is looking to take the next step up in their career and move into a Project Management role.�

Remuneration Package:

�58,000 - �63,000 according to experience, plus vehicle (Nissan Navara), Travel expenses, Bonus scheme, Pension, Company Events, Phone and Laptop.
