Mechanical Project Manager - Northampton

Our client is a respected turnkey services contractor covering most aspects of the construction industry from M&E to fit out services and deals with very exclusive clients.

They are currently looking for a Mechanical Project Manager in Northampton with a history of working and completing mechanical and commercial projects, as well as having a very good background in M&E.

The ideal Site Manager will have:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Proven track record of managing mechanical projects from conception to completion, including RIBA design, delivery, and commissioning stages.
  • Experience in overseeing project timelines, driving milestones, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality installations.
  • Solid understanding of project costs, contract terms, and commercial risk management.
  • Experience in managing variations, delays, and extension of time (EOT) claims.
• Strong background in mechanical engineering
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers and design consultants
• Very good computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel and Office
• Excellent management and communication skills

Certificates & checks required:

• CSCS & SMSTS
• First Aid
• Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering
• DBS Check - Basic or Enhanced
• Financial Check
• Available references

• Hours: 7am to 4pm
• Salary: �65 - �70 PAYE
