This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a long established and highly-respected Mechanical and Electrical Building Services contractor.

With their Head Offices based in the City of London, the company are leading M&E Building Services contractor who provide a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services, from design through to installation and commissioning. They work across multiple sectors�including commercial, office fit out, banks, retail and leisure, with typical project values ranging from �1m up�to �6m, and as a result of continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Mechanical Project Manager who will be permanently�site based on a Banking sector project in Northampton.

Duties & Responsibilities:

As Mechanical Project Manager, your role will be oversee and manage the project, ensuring that it is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

• Directly manage project development from start to finish, having responsibility and accountability for all aspects of the project


• Design review


• Procurement of plant, materials & labour


• Technical Submittals


• Overall Cost Management


• Managing the engineering input into the project strategy


• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met


• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project�life-cycle

Remuneration Package:

�70,000 - �75,000 according to experience, plus �5k car allowance, Travel expenses, Bonus scheme, Private Healthcare, Pension, Company Events, Phone and Laptop.
