Mechanical Project Manager***
Location: Bolton
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 PA + Package
Role: Permanent
PSR Solutions are working with a Building Services Contractor who undertakes work throughout the U.K. and has experienced continuous growth in the installation of mechanical and electrical services within the commercial building services engineering sector, with a client base which includes some of the U.K.'s biggest names in the banking, leisure, commercial and transport industries.
Mechanical Project Manager Role:
We are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager with 3-5 years of project management experience in the mechanical building engineering services sector. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of:
HVAC systems
Domestic and commercial plumbing
Commercial pipefitting
Chiller replacementsYou will manage large-scale projects valued between £500k-£3million, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.
Mechanical Project Manager Responsibilities:
Overseeing project delivery, including asset procurement, cost management, and reporting.
Ensuring adherence to on-site health and safety standards and quality assurance.
Representing the company professionally in client and business associate meetings.
Managing project travel requirements across the UK, including occasional overnight stays
Mechanical Project Manager Qualifications:
Proven experience in the mechanical sector. i.e: knowledge of HVAC systems, domestic and commercial plumbing, commercial pipefitting and chiller replacements,
Strong skills in asset procurement and cost management.
Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
A history of managing projects with a value range of £500k-£3million.
