Location: Kings Cross

Salary: 42k

Shift Pattern: Days only - 4 on 4 off

21 Days holiday + BH

The client I am currently representing is a specialist FM provider within the UK, with an industry-leading reputation and ever growing!

Your new role:

Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance and fault analysis across a static site.

Working shift pattern, 4 on 4 off - 7am-7pm (Days Only).

Carry out general duties which require mechanical discipline, AHUs, FCU's, plumbing along with cleaning of foul water systems, drains, inspections, and repair of all mechanical systems such as extract and supply air ductwork systems, plumbing and heating systems.

Need

Relevant mechanical engineering qualifications (e.g., HNC, HND, or equivalent).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance procedures.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Flexibility to work the specified shift pattern.
