Mechanical Site Manager - Data Centre - Frankfurt

Falcon Green are working with a leading Engineering Contractor that are focused on delivering complex, large scale mechanical packages across Europe. Due to planned and continued growth, they now require a competent Mechanical Site Manager on a brand data centre project in Frankfurt

As Site Manager you will be liaising with the site team, engineers, QA staff, senior management and client to ensure project is delivered safely, on time and to required quality and specifications. The ideal candidate will come from similar background and have experience working on large mechanical packages within the mission critical space.

This contractor is quickly making a name for themselves in the industry and is benefiting from constant repeat business with the sectors largest general contractors.

On top of a competitive salary, the successful candidate will also receive a living away allowance, flights, accommodation, travel etc.

Mechanical Site Manager Duties:

• Assist and lead in the management of Site Safety in conjunction with the project team and the Safety management.


• Play a lead role in the management of Site QA in conjunction with the QA Manager.


• Support in the oversight of all day-to-day site operations.


• Ensure change management is handled correctly (Cost & Programme)


• Direct management of the project team, including alignment of all discipline, leads to the benefit of project goals.


• Liaise with the client and establish a trusting relationship to ensure future project opportunities.


• To manage and drive a large team to meet all project requirements and deadlines


• Ensuring all Subcontractor documentation, including safety documentation, is maintained up to date and filed for future reference.


• Assist in projected labour projections from the field supervisors.


• Assist with the commercial team to ensure all variations are been captured and costs issued to the client.

Essential Criteria for Mechanical Site Manager:

• Good strong knowledge of the full design and construction process


• Ability to control and manage people and programs


• An Engineering Degree would be of advantage


• Proven record of co-ordinating and managing large projects


• Must hold EU passport or RTW
