Mechanical Site Manager

A market leading M&E contractor are actively seeking a site manager (mechanical bias) to join them on a long term framework in the East of Scotland. They turnover circa �60m per annum and have built relationships with leading tier 1 contractors within the UK.

What you'll be doing:�

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations by conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular safety inspections, as well as revising and producing RAMs.�


• Oversee and manage all mechanical activities on-site, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project completion.


• Perform regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.


• Collaborate with project manager to ensure smooth integration of mechanical systems.


• Successfully deliver progress reports to senior management and clients.

What you'll need:�

• Due to security clearance requirements, candidates must hold or be eligible for SC clearance. They must be UK nationals or British passport holders and have resided in the UK for at least 5 years.


• SMSTS�and CSCS Card


• Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject


• Experience in a similar role managing mechanical packages
