Mechanical Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced plumbing and mechanical site manager for a construction project in�Caerphilly. The position commences first week in August and runs for approximately�two months with�possible extension.�You will have�responsibility along with other members of the project team for successful project delivery.

Our Client is a large Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Sub-Contractor who carry out�work across the UK. We have worked with this company for over 15 years and they are professional and well organised, with a positive culture and are an enjoyable place to work.

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with excellent Pipe Fitting experience who is available within the next couple of weeks. The position is on a�contract basis, outside IR35 if you operate as a Ltd. company, or we can accommodate any other method of working.

Ideally you should have a CSCS Gold card and SSSTS certificate (SMSTS would be a major advantage). References will be required at interview stage. Our client is looking for somebody local, who lives within easy travelling distance of�Caerphilly.
