Mechanical Site Manager

MK Search & Selection are currently working with a leading M&E contractor with a turnover of �300m and a strong national presence across sectors delivering across sectors who are looking for a mechanical site manager to work on a notable �28m M&E pharma/life-science scheme in Oxford.�

Reporting to a mechanical project manager, you will join from the very beginning of the install stage and be tasked with managing and motivating the specialist mechanical subcontractors to completion throughout the 2 year programme to PC.�

Role/Responsibilities

• Management of subcontractor labour


• Attend site meetings


• Progress reports


• Prepare contract documents I.e. method statements, risk assessments, RFIs, etc.


• Health and safety


• Review and amend RAMS


• Snagging


• Work with the Project Manager to manage the commissioning process and handover of the project.
