Mechanical Site Manager Opportunity - Tier 1 M&E Contractor - Commercial Project

MK Search are currently working with a leading M&E Contractor who have a strong presence in the data centre, commercial, life sciences and industrial sectors who are looking to recruit a Mechanical Site Manager for a major commercial scheme in the Docklands in London.

The project is an office building supporting a nearby data centre area, the M&E is currently valued at c. �15m and is expected to last for another 2 years. Away from this the company in question has a variety of upcoming projects across London and the UK and are expecting to win a lot more work over the coming months for you to move on to.

General Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the management of programme and mechanical site works


• Management of teams including sub-contractors


• Support of commissioning teams


• Production of accurate project reports


• Reviewing and maintaining Safe Systemms of Work, RAMS on site


• Ensure procedures adhered to with standards, guidelines and specifications


• Maintainance of Inspection and Test Plans


• Management and updating of programme of works


• Ensuring compliance with contract specification clauses
