Mechanical Supervisor – Amsterdam - Data Centre

Salter Grange is recruiting now an Electrical Supervisor to join a highly reputable global construction company that specializes in constructing essential infrastructure for the future.

They are seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor to join their team for an ambitious Hyper-Scale Data Centre project located in Amsterdam.

 Please note that you would be employed under the host country employment law. On offer is a competitive salary + Accommodation + flights + travel + bonus.

Electrical Supervisor Responsibilities

• Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels.


• Issue direct labour hours and sub-contractor hours to time administrator for tracking centrally.


• Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings


• Assigning work in line with construction schedules


• Manage productivity and meet work goals.


• Contribute to improved construction practices and designs


• Monitor and track personnel attendance and performance for future evaluation


• Plan and schedule projects, estimate time and materials, supervise subordinates, maintain records and files, and prepare reports.


• Provide technical guidance and support as the team installs.


• Liaise with Engineering to ensure conformance with standards

Electrical Supervisor Requirements:

•            A trade background and 3+  years previous experience

•            Proven record of supervising and managing large installation projects

•            Good technical knowledge of Electrical systems

•            Ability to work well within strict deadlines
