First People Solutions are working with a leading M&E contractor to recruit an experienced Mechanical Supervisor for projects in Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company with a strong pipeline of work across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.

The Role:

• Oversee and coordinate mechanical installations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and material management
• Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Conduct inspections, testing, and quality assurance checks
• Maintain and enforce health & safety protocols on-site

What We're Looking For:

• Experience as a Mechanical Supervisor in M&E or construction projects
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, regulations, and compliance
• SSSTS/SMSTS certification preferred
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
• Full UK driving license
