While they work across various industries, they have a strong track record and expertise in the property sector.Responsibilities:As an Media Account Director, you will lead major property-specific clients and oversee smaller brands as needed. Your key responsibilities include:Take the lead on major property-specific pillar clients, acting as their primary point of contact and participating in meetings to present innovative ideas and strategies.Managing an Account Manager and ensuring adherence to SLAs.Driving agency growth, optimising schedules, and maintaining transparent client reporting.Collaborating with senior management to implement best practices and operational efficiency.Fostering media relationships and driving innovation within the agency.Overseeing recruitment, employee management, and providing coaching and growth opportunities.Delegate tasks effectively, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team cultureYou will play a crucial role in shaping the agency's success and fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.You will bring:Senior-level account management, particularly within a media agency.Handling various accounts and dealing with multiple stakeholders.Managing a small team.Strong digital knowledge and competency in planning all media channels.Attention to detail and budget management.Outgoing yet professional, able to build long-lasting relationships.Highly ambitious, driven, and able to drive a department forward.Self-motivated, hands-on, with a strategic mindset and analytical approach.If you are passionate about leading innovative marketing strategies and have the experience to drive results, please apply, we would love to hear from you.
