Their team come from eclectic backgrounds which makes for an awesome team dynamic and they are all obsessed with producing amazing work for theirclients.We’re seeking a talented and ambitious Account Manager ready to make a mark in a progressive agency. With 2-3 years of experience, preferably in the Arts & Culture sector in the UK, you’ll bring a fresh perspective to our team. This hybrid/remote role may include occasional UK travel to visit clients. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running with clients, and make a positive impact straight away. Key Responsibilities Help develop and execute media strategies that elevate client brands within the wider marketing mix. Lead client relationships, ensuring clear communication and first-class service. Plan and report across all media channels. Collaborate with paid social, SEO, analytics, and media specialists to deliver seamless campaigns. Regularly audit accounts to drive performance improvements. Coordinate with third-party providers and partners to resolve issues promptly. Manage and mentor the team and freelancers, maintaining our high standards. Monitor the commercial aspect of your clients to ensure they are receiving the correct level of service. Required Skills 2-3 years Media Agency experience in Client Services, with a strong understanding of the arts, culture, and entertainment sectors. Strong grasp of online and offline marketing and ecommerce dynamics. Proven ability to manage workloads and achieve targets. Experience across digital and offline media channels. Expertise in handling sizeable campaigns and budgets. Proficiency in Excel and excellent communication skills. Exceptional organisational skills for managing clients and teams. Good knowledge of digital media channels and programmatic opportunities. Strong relationships with digital media owners.
