Media Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced Media Sales Manager to join a fast-growing, market-leading media platform. This role is ideal for a motivated and ambitious sales professional with at least five years of media sales experience across print, digital, and events. Due to the requirement to attend exhibitions and conferences globally, a valid passport is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue through new business development and account management via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Manage and grow client relationships while achieving sales targets across multiple media platforms.
- Develop high-quality business proposals and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Collaborate with senior directors and editorial teams to drive business growth.
- Attend relevant industry events and exhibitions worldwide, requiring international travel.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven media or event sales experience (minimum five years).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- IT proficient with experience using Microsoft Office.
- Results-driven with a proactive and innovative approach to sales.
- Must hold a valid passport and be willing to travel internationally for exhibitions and conferences.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: �45,000 - �55,000 per year, plus one of the best commission structures in Kent (top performers exceeding �100,000 per year).
- Additional incentives: Quarterly and yearly bonuses.

- Work schedule: 8:30am till 6:00pm Monday to Friday, office-based with possible hybrid flexibility.
