Job Purpose

Core Activities
To be fully aware of the Service Level of Agreements with all panel solicitors and experts
Participate as required in own development to ensure implementations of any changes and developments are enhanced
Liaise with Experts, Solicitors and Patients on a regular basis ensuring communication is maintained throughout the claim to bring it to a conclusion.
Ad-hoc requests from Line Manager and Solicitors.
To ensure instructions and medical reports are chased daily and that responses are received from all panel solicitors and medical experts within the agreed periods.
To ensure the Proclaim system is updated at every stage and that urgent instructions are given priority.
To work with targets set, noting these will be changed in accordance with the business plan.
