Are you a Consultant Psychiatrist looking to begin or expand your private practice? Do you have experience supporting adult patients with ADHD or Autism? We would be delighted for you to apply to join our Clinic as we improve access to high quality, CQC-registered private psychiatric care.
As a Consultant Psychiatrist at our clinic, you will have the opportunity to:
Provide high-quality psychiatric care to private patients.

About Augmentive: An Easier Way to Deliver and Access Mental Health Care
Augmentive is at the forefront of developing personalised mental health care in the UK, centred around our CQC-regulated psychiatry clinic.
Additionally, you will benefit from an extensive referral network including hundreds of psychologists and therapists who patients can see directly through Augmentive. The launch of our CQC-regulated psychiatry service has been central to recent progress. We are proud to make an increasingly meaningful impact on the UK's mental health crisis. Quality is at the core of everything we do, with over 98% of patients giving their specialist a positive recommendation post-appointment. You would have practicing privileges at our clinic. High quality medical secretary support is available to make your life as simple as possible. Most consultations will be carried out remotely via our platform but we also have practice rooms available in Central London, giving you a high level of flexibility and control. We are committed to ensuring our clinicians achieve great career satisfaction without compromising on their quality of life.
We primarily deliver care to private, self-funded individuals but also provide corporate employees with access to high-quality, tailored mental wellbeing support. We are delighted to have supported companies such as Multiverse, Net-A-Porter, and Buchanan. As part of our clinic, you will have opportunities to contribute to thought leadership pieces and deliver psycho-education.
We are deeply driven by the need to make it easier to access effective mental health support. Our leadership team has a profound understanding of the mental health field and state-of-the-art technology development. We are now looking to expand our clinical team and deliver top-quality care on a larger scale.
Specialist registration with the General Medical Council and a licence to practise
Experience in neurodevelopmental psychiatry, specifically ADHD and Autism, is highly desirable
Proven track record of delivering high-quality psychiatric care.
Experience in a private practice setting is desirable but not essential.
Proficiency in using digital health platforms and technology is a plus.
