Medical Receptionist

Do you have previous NHS GP experience using SystmOne or EMIS?

We are working with a lovely GP Practice in Guildford who require the support of a Medical Receptionist/ Administrator on a permanent basis.

Duties include (but not limited to)

• Taking inbound calls from patients


• Booking Appointments


• Post


• Scanning of documents


• Updating patient details onto the database

Our client requires someone who can hit the ground running with a good working knowledge of SystmOne or EMIS and previous experience working within a GP surgery, along with an excellent telephone manner and customer services skills.
