Medical Sales Specialist - Decontamination

A great opportunity to work as a vital part of an experienced sales team within Decontamination/Re-processing, trusted by their manager to work autonomously and free from micro-management!
Covering the West Midlands, Wales, and South West region, you will be selling a portfolio of surgical instrument and endoscopy decontamination capital equipment and an associated range of consumables. Key customer touchpoints include hospital Decontamination Leads, Sterile Services Managers, and Hospital Procurement.
This role involves using a consultative style of selling, presenting a solution ot the needs of the Hospital Trust. It is not a "hard" sell, but one based on working closely with your customers to first find, and then provide, the best total solution to their needs. The territory is performing exceptionally well, and yet there is still ample opportunity to bring in new business, and so an all-rounder is required - someone capable of both new business generation and key account management.
You will have medical device and/or equipment sales experience, a strong knowledge and expertise in working successfully with Procurement, and a desire to work your territory as if it were your own business. As previously stated, there is NO micro-management. This is a sales environment well suited to someone with experience and who wants to work with freedom and autonomy.
