Band-5 Mental Health Nurse - Day Shifts - Bradford
Randstad is seeking experienced BAND 5 Mental Health Nurses to join our team in Bradford. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide high-quality care to patients.
Job Details:
- Location: Bradford
- Shift Pattern: Day Shifts Only
- Pay Rate: £20 per hour
- Experience: Experience as a Mental Health Nurse in the NHS is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing and monitoring patients' mental and physical health
- Developing and implementing individual care plans
- Administering medication as prescribed
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
Requirements:
- NMC registration is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
