Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and reporting to the healthcare team.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Educate patients and their families about health management and wellness practices.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Assist with routine medical procedures and support patients in daily living activities.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
Valid NMC registration.
Proven experience in a nursing role, preferably in a care home setting
