Are you an experienced Mental Health Nurse looking for a rewarding role in a specialist healthcare provider? Our client, a leading name in mental health services and rehabilitation, is on the hunt for a dedicated and experienced Charge Nurse to join their team in South West London.
This Charge Nurse role offers an excellent salary of �37,439 plus a generous �5,000 Welcome Bonus + �5,400 living wage allowance and a host of benefits including free on-site parking, supplemented meals, and a whopping 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and your birthday off!
As a Charge Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering high-quality, safe nursing care in compliance with the NMC Code
  • Coordinating care, leading comprehensive nursing assessments, and evaluating person-centred care
  • Supervising junior staff and students, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team
  • Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment and keeping accurate records

The ideal Charge Nurse will have:
  • An active NMC PIN and be a registered nurse
  • A minimum of 6 months post-qualifying experience
  • Relevant clinical experience
  • A positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality
  • The ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
