As a Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD), your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality, safe nursing care in compliance with the NMC Code
- Coordinating care, leading comprehensive nursing assessments, and evaluating person-centred care
- Supervising junior staff and students, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team
- Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment and keeping accurate records

The ideal Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD) will have:
- An active NMC PIN and be a registered nurse
- A minimum of 6 months post-qualifying experience
- Relevant clinical experience

- The ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
