As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you'll be responsible for:

• Engaging with patients and managing risk effectively
• Promoting patient involvement in care and treatment

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and therapists
• Assessing, planning, and implementing patient care
• Attending multidisciplinary meetings, ward rounds, and CPA meetings
