Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) – Evesham (NHS, Agency Contract)
Service Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join an NHS service in Evesham on a temporary agency contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled mental health professional to work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team in a dynamic environment.

• \nWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-time)

• \nPay Rate: £27 Ltd per hour (Day shifts)

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop care plans tailored to patients’ complex needs.
\n
• Provide person-centered interventions, crisis management, and risk assessments.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and support.
\n
• Offer guidance, education, and support to patients, families, and carers.
\n
• Maintain accurate clinical records in line with NHS policies and standards.
\n

Requirements

\n
• \nQualifications: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with valid NMC registration.
\n
• \nExperience: Previous experience working as a CPN in a community setting.
\n
• \nSkills: Strong assessment, care planning, and crisis intervention abilities.
\n
• \nCompliance: Up-to-date DBS check and right to work in the UK.
\n
