The Role

We're looking for a Mental Health Qualified Social Worker to join a dedicated team providing targeted support to individuals facing mental health challenges. Key Responsibilities:

✔ Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine service eligibility and individual needs.
✔ Develop and implement tailored support plans, working closely with clients, families, and partner agencies.
✔ Provide direct support and crisis intervention, empowering individuals to build resilience and self-sufficiency.
✔ Collaborate with healthcare professionals, community teams, and third-sector organizations to coordinate effective care.
✔ Maintain accurate case records and reports, ensuring compliance with policies and best practices.
✔ Advocate for clients' rights and best interests within multidisciplinary settings.
✔ Stay up to date with mental health legislation and safeguarding protocols to deliver high-quality interventions.

What We're Looking For:

✔ A Qualified Social Worker (DipSW, CQSW, or equivalent).
✔ Registered with Social Work England.
✔ Experience in mental health social work, community mental health teams, or related fields.

✔ Empathy and resilience in supporting individuals facing complex challenges.
